Cort is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 4D. He leads 4D deal origination and closing, capital raising, and business development. Before 4D, COrt was the Co-Founder, Area 52 Games, partnered with Disney, developed first space combat game for Star Wars (Star Wars: Attack Squadrons); Co-Manager, Social Media Partners, venture investment in Facebook; Member, The Zynga Funds – capitalized fund with venture stake in Zynga; Executive Producer “Live From the Seminole Hard Rock”, the #1-rated program distributed by American Public Television from 2006-2007; and Founder & CEO, Free Media, publisher of DIG VIDEO, an alternative music video media sponsored by every major and independent record label, Paramount Pictures, Columbia Pictures, AOL and Yahoo.

Jon is the Chairman of 4D and leads 4D's strategic direction and market communications. Jon is the former CEO Digital Media Group, News Corp. – oversaw all of News Corp’s digital businesses, including Hulu; Former Chairman & CEO, America Online, produced record profit growth; led investment in Kayak, sold to Priceline; Former CEO & President, USA Information and Services, now IACI (IAC); Partner, Advancit Capital with Shari Redstone of Viacom-CBS; Partner, Integrated Media Capital co-managed with TPG; and, former Managing Director, Nickelodeon International (Viacom). He is a Board Director for Nielsen, Akamai Technologies, Interpublic Group, and J2 Global. Jon is a former Director of AOL, Live Nation, AMC Networks, Expedia, and Trip Advisor.

David is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of 4D. He is also the COO of Pinnacle Capital Securities, a Broker-Dealer and Wealth Management Company, previous Investment Banking Managing Director at Five 9 Securities, Aaron Capital, and FINRA Securities Licensed 7, 79, 82, 24, and 63. David is a Partner with Trecini Winery, Managing Partner of Acre, Inc., and formerly the CFO of Smartlink Systems, Inc. He is an Executive Network Member with Sonoma Marin Impact Ventures, holds a MBA, B.S. in Computer Science, and Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor. He served honorably for 10 years with the US Army/Army Reserve.

He holds a B.S. Columbia University, cum laude
